Would Plan II Honors or the Business Honors Program be better for a pre-med student? I'm thinking about apply to both next year. I've heard that Plan II takes more time than BHP though...

There are many students that do both. Your best bet is to apply to both and see if you even have this choice in the end. Hard to speculate when you don’t have an acceptance in the hand.

haha thanks. yeah-I know I’m definitely counting my chickens before they hatch! just trying to hypothetically think ahead that’s all

Plan II has a higher acceptance rate to medical school, if that matters to you. (It shouldn’t). What should matter is what kind of program is best for you. They are VERY different programs and I encourage you to do more research on both programs, their requirements, the coursework, professors, etc before you decide which is best for you. There’s no reason that you shouldn’t apply to both, and should always look to diversify in a plurality if that’s what interests you and many students have personalities that are good matches to both programs. You should also be aware that there is a CNS honors called “health science honors” completely dedicated to those who want to pursue the medical field.
