Please advise

Greetings,
I have completed 11 years of British Curriculum getting descent grades in IGCSEs and a GPA above 3. I am planning to apply to Iowa State university, Florida state university, University of south florida and a couple of california state unis.
I have a very descent profile including work experience in different companies, extra curricular activities and so on.
I am planning to study media and the universities i mentioned advised me IGCSEs should be fine depending on the overall profile. I have also done my SAT and TOEFL waiting for the result at the moment.
However after finishing my IGS in 2013 i messed up my AS levels due to some problems. Now i want to apply without my AS levels and in my transcripts i have only included until year 11. I wanted to know if it would be alright with the university the fact that i have done AS levels but i simply wish not to submit them even though i was enrolled in that school until 2014.
Please advise me on what i can do and if this is a big problem for me.
Thanks in advance

Colleges require complete transcripts from all schools you have attended. You are signing a document with your application that all information provided is truthful and complete. So, no, you cannot just omit your A levels transcript.
