Chance me for -

UT San Antonio(safety)
UT Austin (Natural Science) - reach? :/
Texas A&M
Trinity University

Also, can you think of any other good pre-med colleges I could get into that aren't super expensive?
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Anyway nice list of APs, and good that you’ve held multiple job positions. If you have a chance, perhaps try to raise the SAT score a little, and I would definitely recommend taking subject tests. Leadership at your school also looks very good on an application.

I’m not familiar with UT San Antonio or Texas A&M, but I believe you’re set for Trinity University, and probably UT Austin also.

For some reason, everytime I ask, all the guys at my school say “LOL you’re NOT getting into UT especially natural sciences”… I know my GPA is really low, but I can’t tell if they’re just ***ing with me haha…

Anyway, I ultimately just really hope I get into UT Austin college of natural sciences, that’s my dream school :D

Do you live in TX? If so does the 10% rule apply even though your school says it doesn’t rank? If not, UT is obviously hard for those outside the top 10%, but get your SAT up a bit and you should be fine. I’d expect you to get into the others too.

Yes I am a Texas resident I live really close to UT Austin. My school does rank, but it only ranks you if you’re in the top 10%. Unfortunately, I am not in the top 10% I blame freshman and sophomore year grades ( at least UT might like the upward trend?)

Maybe if I don’t get into UT Austin I can just go to UTSA and just go through their Plan II program or whatever thanks for all the replies guys!
