<p>Hey everyone! So I applied Early Decision II to NYU CAS! My major was Computer Science! I am an Asian male.</p>

<p>SO here are my Stats;</p>

<p>GPA: 93.98 Unweighted (My grades weren't that good my freshman year, but they improved my Sophomore and Junior Year)</p>

<p>SAT: 620 Critical Reading, 690 Math, 680 Writing; Total: 1990 ( I know it's a little on the low side)</p>

<p>SAT II: Math II- 740, Math I-710</p>

<p>AP: US History- 4, AP Computer Science 3 (I got interested in computer science in an internship after I took this class my junior year, so that's why I want to major in Comp Sci)</p>

<p>Currently taking: AP Physics, AP Calculus AB, AP Statistics, Advanced Econ(1/2 year), Syracuse Public Affairs(College Credit, 1/2 year), Public speaking(1/2 year), Sci Fi(1/2 year), Health(1/2 year)</p>

<p>Extra curricular:
Varsity Swimming and Diving (#1 swim team in New York State)
Barracuda's swim Club (record holder in 2 events)
Vice President and Co-founder of Fruit's of our labor club(environmental)
Worship leader of the praise team at my Church
Intern at Wuhan Institute of Technology (internship involving computer Science)
Violinist at the Empire State Youth Orchestra (Played in prestigious halls like Carnegie hall and stuff)</p>

<p>I hope you get in, your gpa looks fine, and I think frankly the ten points you are from a 2000 do not matter. Also you have a very rigorous schedule this year thats a plus. And you are good at violin? Sweet dude. Sat II’s look great as well.</p>

<p>i hope your supps/writing/essays are good and convey that you truly belong at nyu and that you will take advantage of the many great things nyu has to offer. if all that is good, i say 99.5% chance!</p>

and Yes i spent days getting them written and edited. The only thing I’m worried about is my SATs and the major I applied to which i heard that they are moving to Poly.</p>
