Without knowing your class rank, it is difficult to provide an accurate assessment of your chances. With a low UW GPA, Princeton is almost assuredly out of reach. Similarly, Georgetown claims that over half of its incoming class ranked first, second, or third in their graduating classes.

Obviously, your test scores are enough to make just about any school drool; however, your grades do not correspond well to these scores. I think you will ultimately receive a few waitlist offers, so do your best do keep your senior grades up. Best of luck.

Freshman year is sort of a problem but most schools see that as a transition year anyway. You seem pretty solid with scores but ap’s are a little bit low. Great ecs and community service though. I think you are still applying to too many reaches. Chances at UVA look good especially in state

You don’t have an upward trend necessarily, because even though your GPA has risen every year, you started out getting As, Bs, and Cs…and ended up with Bs again, even if you did get all As sophomore years. Your ECs and test scores(SAT) are your strong point. Just work hard on your ECs and you will have a good chance at Vandy and the others(except Princeton).

I think you have a great shot at UVA and quite a few of the other schools you mention but, as mentioned in above posts, Princeton, Georgetown, and some of the others may be reaches.

My question for you is why is W&M not on your list? I can see you are from VA and you are really interested in UVA but is W&M not worth it to you? The reason I ask is that I’m an Out-of-state student and I’d like to consider myself competitive but I would choose W&M over UVA any day.
