What are my chances???
Major:Biomedical Engineering: Premedical

For your year, you’re probably nearly guaranteed in UCSC, UCR, and UCM. Very good chances at UCI, UCD, and UCSB although they might not place you in engineering. UCSD, UCLA, and UCB are reaches

I think you have a decent chance at most of the UC’s, though you really need to improve on your test scores. You have a 4.0+ UC gpa, yet test scores are not proportional, which might tell admissions people that the rigor of your high school to be not that good.

Good luck though!
