What are my chances?????????
Major:Biomedical Engineering: Premedical

I think you will get in, definitely. You probably will get into UCLA and UCB as well.
I would suggest to you to take the ACT as well.
I had around the same grades and test scores (yours are a bit better) with barely any extra curriculars and I got in for electrical engineering.

Probably like a 50% chance. You’re gpa is good (UCI’s average was 4.01), but your SAT is below the average. If you retake it and get a few hundred points higher, you have a really good chance.

I think you have a really high chance of getting admitted to Irvine. Here are the stats of admitted students for fall 2010:

-An average high school grade point average (GPA) of 3.99. Note: UCI uses a maximum number of 8 honors grade points in determining the GPA.
-The middle 50% of the admitted freshman class has an SAT Critical Reading score between 540 and 670, an SAT Math score between 590 and 710, and an SAT Writing score of 560 and 690.

my friend got into both with low SAT scores… but it seems like this year they let a lot of people in. i dont know how it will be for you. i would still apply.
