What are my chances at Emory, Duke, Johns Hopkins, UVA, William and Mary, and Cornell?

SAT 2300/2400, 1530/1600 (single sitting)
SAT II: Math II 770 Literature 760
GPA: Weighted 4.1, Unweighted 3.9
taking hardest courses offered at my school, 6 APs, a lot of honors
ECs really good, but maybe not amazing
great recs. and essays

I take it your in VA? You have a great shot for UVA and William and Mary. How does a 3.9 unweighted got to 4.1 weighted when you have 6 APs and a lot of honors classes? Seems like it should be higher.

I am confident that you will get into all or most of the schools listed above.

The only two schools that i can see getting deferred at are JHU and Cornell…

that’s just because i’ve seen the JHU College Confidential Class of 20XX Results Threads and there are a surprising number of students with 2250+ who get deferred. But then again, it’s worth mentioning that alot of 2000-2150ers get into hopkins too. And for Cornell, it’s an ivy league.

Chance me http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1585363-11-days-until-johns-hopkins-ed-results-chance-me-chance-back.html

In case someone reads this thread later and wonders, I got into William and Mary! (And some others that weren’t on this list. Don’t worry, I did actually apply to a bunch of safeties!)
