Great Common App Essay and Supplementary

I visited the Boston College campus back in late March and absolutely fell in love with the school, campus, and area and I really hope to make it in.

I know my GPA weighs me down but how do my extracurriculars and test scores help me out? Please give me an honest chance

Solid work but your unweighted 3.4 is a slight pull down. CSOM is highly competitive. Good luck!

URM is a plus factor, but how big of a plus factor only Admissions knows. All you can do is to apply and see what happens. Make sure that you spend some time on the supplemental essay.

Remember, the underlying theme of the supplemental is not, ‘why BC is a good fit for you’, but rather ‘why you are a good fit for BC’. In other words, what do you bring to the table? How would you contribute to the education of your classmates or the BC community?
