What schools do you think I have a chance to get into?

Can’t tell you anything without SAT scores. You will need over 2250 to be competetive at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and be in the top few students in your high school. Scores and GPAs are public knowledge in most books and web sites.

I agree with @ricck1. But while SAT scores aren’t the most important parts of your application, they certainly affect your admission chances! Try getting your SAT scores to 2200 (I believe you have time since you’re a junior). Your ECs look decent but you need to do things you’re passionate about more.
You do have chances at schools like NYU, but it’s hard to say about the Ivy league schools you just mentioned. You need good recos and killer essays. Good luck!

Raise your GPA. A 3.8 looks okay, but a 3.95 looks way way better. I recommend also doing some serious studying for the SAT so you can score well enough to be a considerable applicant (~2250 would be good, a little lower won’t be too bad). Also, get some leadership in your EC’s. Right now you look like you have zero. 250 hours is also a pretty low goal for volunteer hours, shoot for 500 or more if you can. Do some improving over the next year and you will certainly be competitive with your courseload as it is.

I’d say that academically you’re in a good place for Wellesley, Barnard and NYU. However, your EC’s fall short. Though your school may not have many clubs, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t search for things to do outside of school- I would say that 7/10 of the EC’s on my application were done outside of school. That doesn’t mean that you should take on 500 million endeavors before you apply- just be conscious of that and capitalize on the things that make you different from the other applicants. In terms of your other options, I’d say you have the grades to be considered (that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try raising them) but at the end of the day it comes down to your connections and how well you pitch yourself to the colleges. Your problem may be doing this- you could come off a little boring and uninteresting which I would say is the #1 way to get denied from any college, especially Ivies.
