Class rank is the unknown here so I can’t tell you about general admission chances, since UT relies so heavily on class rank. But looking strictly at your scores and activities, yes, you have a shot at LAH, assuming you get admitted to UT. Plan II is a little harder but not impossible. Plan II looks strongly at your essays and writing abilities. You’ve got great activities and involvement. And yes, I do know people who came from unranked schools and got admitted to liberal arts with your stats. Good luck!
