We have extremely similar stats @artsyaf, my ACT and unweighted are the same as yours
I am not very farmiliar with the first couple UC’s but my impression is that you will have good chances given your stats. 90% for first 4 UCs.
UCLA = around 60%
UC Berk = around 50%
Ann Arbor = around 50% they like high scores. also they recalculate gpa based on As and Bs. So I hope you have mostly A- that bring your GPA down
Chapel Hill = 20% Just because they do not like accepting out of state students
rutgers = 95%
You are a good student, you should really consider doing ed to a top school like Cornell or duke.

UCLA/UCB: High Match
UCSD/SLO: Match
UCI/UCD/UCSB: Low Match
Rest???
Are academics are great but what about your EC’s? EC’s will make you stand out from the rest of the applicants.
Good Luck.
