<p>Penn State College Park looks to be a good match for you- definitely possible. </p>

<p>GIT- your GPA is low but your SATs high- you’d need a good essay and recs.</p>

<p>Georgia- I think your GPA is too low. </p>

<p>SUNY- again, your GPA may be the major obstacle. But this is the most affordable college. Tuition for out-of-state is almost half that of the others. Worth applying as a reach IMHO.</p>
