Please chance me for UOP...
Thank you very very much!

Helloooo? :frowning: Please answer me?

Pretty good GPA and SAT. UOP is a definite match, but I also think you can get into slightly better schools with your scores and ECs!

I mean, do you REALLY want to live in Stockton?

Zelda you have no clue what Uni. of the Pacific is like, nor have you experienced it here. The school is a utopia shield against the outside world so there are no problems besides the over hyped media claims.Btw, I chanced you in the previous post so please refer to that if you want more information about me chancing you seung. Have a good day…

I’d say that you have a great chance. You seem to have a lot of involvement and great stats

oh dude you’re more than in. that school is cracked if they don’t offer you a major scholarship. and i agree with zelda fitzgerald… you can get into somewhere way more competitive and uh have you even been to stockton…

Um, let’s see…I grew up in Northern California, I have family that lives in Stockton and I had SEVERAL friends who went to (and promptly transferred out of) UoP. So, yeah. I DO know UoP and I sure as hell know Stockton! Nice try!

Also, your second sentence is wacky. Not only is it poorly constructed, but you also highlight the fact that UoP is in the middle of nowhere, shutoff from the outside world AND in one of the most DANGEROUS cities in America! (Actually, I think it was just ranked the most dangerous city this past year!)

OP should look into some of the other 5/6 year Pharm programs at slightly better schools, or should consider getting a pre-pharm degree at a mid-tier school. They have a pretty good application that would probably earn them admission at more desirable universities for the sciences.
