Please chance me for WashU, Vanderbilt, U of Miami, and maybe Georgia Tech

I am by no means a superstar and have kind of slacked this year. I have only applied to three schools so far and am trying to decide if I should apply to some more accessible places.
I have applied for WashU, Vanderbilt, and U of Miami
Nationality: Brazilian (considered hispanic but I don't even speak spanish. I have however managed to maintain my portuguese pretty solid)
SAT: 2040
GPA: 3.92
Rank: 9 out of 350+
National Hispanic Scholar
AP Scholar
7 AP courses: 3 past tests and 3 upcoming,
3 on AP Bio (I was a foolish little sophomore),
4 on AP US History and Eng Language
Did a law internship during the summer in a moderately big law firm

Applying in-state is no longer an option as most Texan deadlines have passed. I was only going to apply to those schools but I was hit by a wave of panic this week and now have just a couple days to decide on some more schools. I'm thinking of applying to Georgia Tech and maybe one more school.

Also, volunteered at two hospitals for two years and at my school district’s health advisory council for four years.
I want to major in some sort of engineering (most likely civil engineering) and then go on to medical school.

I think that you have the best chance at U of Miami or Georgia Tech but those are matches. WashU and Vanderbilt are reaches for just about everyone. I would add at least one more safety to your list. Given that most in-state options are no longer viable, maybe consider UMD, Syracuse, or another state school with a solid engineering program. Best of luck!

Unlikely for GTech as you are OOS. Your ECs need to be outstanding for you to have a chance for RD.
