WILL CHANCE BACK!!

I am not an admissions officer, so whatever I write doesn’t hold much certainty.

However, I will give my 2 cents because nobody has given you a response for over a month.

You have an excellent (maybe even overkill) course rigor, which is something the University of Rochester finds important.

Your test scores look good for U of R, especially your 33 ACT Math score, 5 on AP Bio/AP Calc BC/AB, and 770 SAT II Bio makes you look great for majoring in biochemistry. (Not sure if ACT Science is considered much as a science test in the eyes of admissions officers, but still, congrats on the 33 Science score.)

The list of ECs look good as well. Volunteering at a museum of Nature and Science demonstrates or at least suggests your interest in biochemistry outside of classwork. In general, your ECs show that you are an athletic and a hard working student who is willing to help other people, which is a very important trait. (Kudos)

And last but not least, your awards are nice. They show your academic excellence and your interest/excellence in science/math/tech beyond the classroom.

Oops! I forgot to give you the final verdict!

So I think you have a great shot at the U of R. The things you have listed shows that your academic ability, athletic ability, volunteering spirit, and your genuine interest in biochemistry.

I’d agree. You sound like the kind of student UR likes. Good luck!

Thanks, @JJLetsgo‌ and @EllieMom‌, I am hoping to get in. I get my results on April 1
