In fact, I was told all UC colleges and majors may reject me since my GPA and SAT scores too low.
Just want to Know how comprehensive or holistic review of UC works in my case.

Please chance me in advanced. Thanks.

in state or oos?

Did you perform any community service? Did you do any activities that weren’t just for you?

The schools like to see students who are going to contribute something to their respective universities, other than just staying in their rooms all day doing coding.

No any community service, only help students study for a long time, some volunteer works in school activities.

In state

Were you on the swim team? Any group activities would show that you are part of a group and can function as a team member. Letters of recommendation?
I think that UCB, UCLA, and UCSD are out of the picture. Your GPA, SAT and avoidance of group activities may limit your choices.

Don’t mention any activities before 9th grade on any applications.

Chances at SJSU are pretty straight forward. They admit by eligibility index (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + EBRW) so your EI is 4362. For CSE last year you needed an EI of 4100 and for EE and EI of 3700 so it looks like a solid match. Also note the SJSU now uses a modified EI for Engineering applicants which puts more emphasis on your SAT Math score which helps you.
For SAT scores from a test date after March 1, 2016:

[(SAT Math * 3) + (EBRW)]/2 = COE total SAT score so then you input that score into the following equation: SAT Score Total + (GPA * 800)] = COE impaction index

For the UC’s however, they are very GPA focused so a UC GPA of below 4.0 will be a tough admit for all but UCR and UCSC.

As noted above, having some solid essays and EC’s can help your chances but your target schools will be Riverside and Santa Cruz.

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79:

UCB: 2%
UCLA: 3%
UCSD: 6%
UCD: 15%
UCSB: 14%
UCI: 13%
UCSC: 59%
UCR: 78%
UCM: 92%

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 14%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 44%
UCSB: 54%
UCD: 58%
UCI: 65%
UCSC: 85%
UCR: 94%
UCM: 96%

Best of luck.
