Please chance me!

I am currently a junior with a 3.95 unweighted GPA
SAT: 2120
ACT: 32
I'm planning on taking a few subject tests in June.
My school offers very few AP classes, so I decided to take most of my classes for my Junior and Senior year at my local community college. I plan to have my AA by graduation.

Extracurriculars (includes what I plan to do senior year):
4 years varsity cross country
3 years golf
4 years marching band
2 years band council (freshmen and sophomore rep)
4 years FBLA- 3 (maybe 4) time state participant, placed 2nd in state for an event, went to nationals last year. Treasurer sophomore year and VP junior year
1 year honor society- (quit due to course load this year)

Volunteer/Work experience:
Paige for state house of reps freshmen year
Library volunteer
Helped with school food drives freshmen and sophomore year
Honestly, this is my weak point. I haven't done much in this area. I plan to volunteer this summer at our Salvation Army and maybe get a part time job.

I'm an asian female, so that really doesn't help...haha. I live in Washington state in a rural area of less than 10k people, and my parents make about 45k annually for a family of 4.

My wish list:
University of Washington
UCLA
USC
UC San Diego
UC Berkeley
University of Chicago
UPenn
Dartmouth
Rice

Do I have a chance for any of the big name schools I listed? What can I do to improve my chances?

yes you have great chance at all the schools. Of course make sure you have something that makes you stand out from the rest. good luck :D

Everything is a match except for Darmouth and UPenn! Those are reaches for everyone! Chance back plz
