<p>All of those are reaches. GPA and Rank are good, but you should definitely retake the SAT to get a 2200+. Your E.C.'s are alright. Otherwise, a solid applicant. </p>

<p>If you raise your SAT, you would have decent chances at CMU, Emory, and UNC</p>

<p>I would recommend retaking the SAT, not because you didn’t get an amazing score or anything (since you totally did), but because a score of 2200+ will just help you that much more, especially at UPenn. </p>
