Please Chance me

I'm currently a sophomore in PA. I plan on going into a pre med program after graduating.

Race- Asian
- GPA (unweighted) 3.7
- All honors, i will be taking APs next year, there was only one AP(World History) for sophomores, and my I had the grades for it as a freshman, but my teacher didn't recommend me.
SAT- I took a practice test and got a 1800.
PSAT- I got a 169 (I really was not prepared for that at all)
- ECs--> Debate Team, FBLA, NHS, National German Society, and I was on the soccer team for 9th grade
- Also I have a lot of community service hours.

So what are my chances of getting into a well known pre med program.
Thanks

Also I have volunteered at the local hospital in my area over the summer. Last summer I was in the SPD department.

Is Penn State even an option?

Penn State: Aim for 1800+/26+ (Penn State is 2/3 GPA, 1/3 the rest)

Well you live in PA so Penn State and Pittsburgh are good chances.
