What would my chances at schools with 10%-20% admission rates? Specifically Notre Dame, Cornell, Rice, Vandy and Northwestern? PLEASE RESPOND!!

I’m worried because I have no “hooks” and I feel my Extracurriculars are weak at least by CC standards

Also I rank in top 5% and my intended major is biology

I think Notre Dame and Rice could be possibilities, but Vanderbilt, northwestern, and Cornell are all high reaches.

I think that you have decent chance for all but NWU. Especially Vandy isn’t that competitive from what I saw at my school. (But my state is very bad in academics so that might be why) Also you should consider Emory and UNC if you don’t mind! They are great schools!

Thanks
