Most important fact about me that i ll probably write on the essay
- Ive been wanting to go to NYU since i visited the school when i was in elementry school. I was born in Korea and lived there until i was 14.
When I was 13, i had an appendix. u know Appendix's very easy operation. but these stupid doctors never found out it was appendix and mijudged it was some other thing that caused me horrible pain on my stomach. so I had this for a month before doctors found out that my appendix is completely gone, melted and formed a pus pocket surrounded by colons.--- i went through 2 major operations that cut my small colon about 20 centimeters and i ended up with about 7 inches of stitch on my stomach. i lost my weithgt about 40 lb. the most painful part was that i couldnt drink water for a month so on the day when i finally was able to drink it, i made it so called "Water day"
this is a disgusting story but this almost took my life away.. at least many people thought..
but i didnt want to give up..my dream always has been to study in U.S. and become succesful person.
I was barely able to move back then.. but i worked really hard
and.. somehow came to USA and got decent grades at school.. and worked out hard to get myself in shape to be able to play my favorite sports tennis..

i ve gone thorugh this terrible incident that changed forever..
but a few people around me knows about it.. never notices it since i m a pretty good athelte at school..

anyways.. i wrote pretty long.. but this is a true story and perhaps it would help me get into my dream college.

Do you think i have a chance for scholarships?(as an early decision)
