Please chance my EC's

Hello, I've compared my EC's to a lot of the EC's done by successful Ivy admits, and I'm worried that mine don't hold up. I know that quality and dedication mean more than just quantity, but several people have both, and even they are rejected with stellar stats. Can you fellow CC'ers help me out with seeing if my EC's stand up to the competition (I'm a junior, but I supply expectations of continuing EC's). Also, I am Asian (Indian) and live in New York City, so the context should be that I have all the opportunities around me, however, I go to a horrendously overcrowded high school (4600+), which results in late schedules, so I can't participate in too many EC's. My dream school is MIT and the Ivies are up there as well. So please chance:

Science Research (9-12) [Including Summer]
Math Team (9-12)
Boys Varsity Volleyball (9-12, captain 12)
New York Math Circle (9-12)
Robotics Team (10-12) [I didn't have time 9]

Model New York City Council (11-12)
I'm thinking of joining either Debate Team or Mock Trial, time permitting (?11-12?)

Volunteering (Not sure if this applies)
50hours each summer at my friend's church (9-12)

Taking College Courses (11-12)
Studying for USAPhO (Physics Olympiad) and AMC (9-12) [Including Summer]

Thank you all for reading this much. All comments will be greatly appreciated.

Also forgot to mention:

This should go under: “Now I’m not sure if these qualify as EC’s”
