Please give me some suggestions on choosing letter of recommendations

I have three optional recommendation letters but for some universities you can only submit at most two.

I have one from a math professor from a math competition, and I guess I will use it.
And the remaining two are

  1. from the boss of an internship (I worked as a data analyst for a month), and
  2. another math prof, who has coached me math olympiad since 7th grade (so around 5 years)

Which one (1 or 2) I should choose? If I choose the math prof, I think there’ll be too much math in my application (I have one from school math teacher as well). Btw, my intended major is math.

But the internship boss has only been in contact with me for a short period of time, so I don’t know if his recommendation is strong enough.

Thank you a lot for helping. It’s my first time using college confidential, so if I did something wrong please tell me.

The general rule of thumb is one from a STEM teacher and another from a different core department (English, social studies, or foreign language). Since time is too short to make a significant change, I would use the 2 math recommendations. The supervisor from the internship would be an ok “additional recommender” but admissions folks really want to see academic recommendations based on what you do in the classroom on a daily basis and how you compare to your peers.

Oh sorry, perhaps I didn’t state it clearly.
All three letters are supplemental letters.

And probably should limit to one.
