Hi everyone!
I am an international student who is very much interested in Bryn Mawr… I was planning on applying as an ED2 appplicant but my SAt scores are pretty bad…
Cr: 540
Writing: 630
Math: 760

I’ve got good grades in my A level finals…and my transcript is pretty good except for my mid years…my extra curriculars are fine and .my toefl score is 112… Btw I am gonna give my SAT again on Jan …i m quite sure I m gonna do better then… esp on my cr

I know Bryn Mawr likes women who show interest…and I wanted to show that by applying as an ED candidate,
So, I wana ask whether I shud be applying early or for regulars wen i’ll have better SAt scores.

P.S. I am applying for financial aid as well.

I think you should apply early if you really want to go there. Your CR is not that bad considering you are an international student and your toefl is excellent!! It does not hurt if you apply ED, does it? and i think you can update your new SAT scores.

If you really really love BMC and are sure that you want to go there more than any other school, then apply ED. If you haven't visited, then it could be a pretty tough decision. Don't apply just for the boost in admissions.

Either way, ED or RD, apply. It doesn't hurt, and your scores aren't as bad as you make them out to be. BMC is forgiving with SAT scores when the rest of the application is strong.
