Please Help! Master in Operation Research: UC Berkeley vs. Columbia

I have a really hard time choosing between these two schools. Both have good job placements but Columbia is slightly better. Columbia has around 200 people in the program while UCB has less than 100. Columbia’s Master of Science program is 1 year and a half so there is a summer for intern. UCB’s Master of Engineering program is a one year program but it has 2 capstone projects in both semesters.
I’m personally looking for a consulting related job which doesn’t necessarily have to be in the financial field.
My personal interests lie within high tech (west coast/UCB) but I know financial position (east coast./Columbia) makes a lot more money.

Please help me decide which schools would be a better option.
Thank you all in advance!

Berkeley is much better, MSOR in Columbia recruits so many international students.
