I would like to apply for biomedical engineering(PhD), I took TOEFL (PBT) exam and I received totally 530.
My Master's GPA is 3.8/4 and undergraduate GPA 3.15/4.
Could you help me to find a university with TOEFL requirement as the same as my score.
