So i just recently applied to UCI, UCLA, UCR, and UCSD. Should I apply to UCSB too? Cus my teacher said UCI and UCSB has almost the same requirements so I shouldnt waste my money.

What I really want is UCI, so can you please tell me if I have a chance or not based on either experience or statistics u've heard from others.

Weighted GPA : 4.15
Unweighted GPA: 3.82 (including freshman and P.E.) or 3.72 (10-11).
Expected GPA this semester is around 4.6 or 4.7 although I know colleges might not look at it.
Class rank: 20/602

I took the SATs 3 times: 1640, 1760, 1880. With Math: 690, WR: 610, CR: 580
I never took the Subject SATs or ACT.

World History: 3
Chemistry: 3
US: 3

My extracurricular is pretty weak too. sigh I even forgot to put the clubs I joined in the college apps. But I was on the Swim team freshman year. And badminton team (Varisty and JV) for my soph-senior year. The calculated service hours I might have is probably around 100 hours. And every sunday, I go to Viet school.

As for awards and honors. I have 2 athletics award, and a bunch of vietnamese school awards which they probably don't even care. I'm also in this school program called MERITS, which basically is a specialized program that integrates technology and math.

Overall, as you can see, I've shown improvement each year. so what do you think my chances are for UCI?
