Please take the time to read this. I am so lost and getting some different opinions/advice would mean a lot to me.

I am a sophomore at a community college in California and I have to submit my application to transfer THIS WEEK. I have been trying to decide my major since I was in high school and three years later I really am not much closer.

I always thought I wanted to do something in the health field (first physical therapy, then dietician, then nursing, dental hygiene, etc.) then I started to worry that I wouldn't like it and I am scared to commit for all those years of education and then feel trapped with a very specific degree.

I then decided I was going to apply to transfer as a business major because it can be applied to a lot of things, but I am not interested in selling things or sitting at a desk all day. I guess I would still consider human resources, but I've read that that you are not very well liked in HR and I would like to be in a positive environment (aka not surrounded by people who hate me).

I really would love a career where I can somehow help people. I have considered teaching but I feel like once you are a teacher you don't have many other options! I would only want to teach high school and up.

I am a pretty good student and I know I can succeed in whatever I put my mind to, but it is difficult to find the motivation when I feel so lost and pressured to decide on what I want to spend the rest of my life doing. I would like to make at least $60,000 a year.

I know that a lot of people say "you don't need to rush. take time to figure out what you enjoy." but I have been trying to figure out what career I want for years and I do not want to spend another year at a community college! I like art, but do not want to major in it. I really want to help people, but do not want a health career where their life is in my hands. I like psychology but I have hear time and time again that it is not a very valuable major with just an undergrad.

Have you been in a similar position and do you have any advice for me or recommend a certain major? Thanks in advance.
