So this is my last day to drop a class, and I'm seriously considering dropping AP Spanish. I started in Spanish 2 freshman year, skipped to 4 sophomore year, took level 5 junior year, and now I'm in AP as a senior. Although all my Spanish classes have been honors, they all seems pretty easy and I never acquired the language very well. Now I'm really struggling in AP. What I'm wondering is, will not taking a fourth year of Spanish get my chances at competitive colleges (mostly selective LACs)? I've taken the equivalent of 5 years, so is that enough? Thank you.
