I am currently in the IB Diploma Programme and hoping to receive the Diploma after my examinations in May 2017. In ApplyTexas, I am unsure of what to put in the section asking how many college credit hours I will have by graduation. Please Help!!
The IB Diploma itself is not considered college credit. You can petition for credit at whichever college you enroll in based on their policies. You might not choose to petition for all of the credits you qualify for if they do not help toward your degree or if you want to take the class again. So you don’t really know yet. I would say zero but I understand your concern.

@gettingschooled is correct you want to be very very careful when requesting credit due to the Texas Excess credit rule.
Not sure about IB credit but UT Austin also charges a small fee for accepting AP credits.
^They allow 30 hours over the credit hours for their degree program and they do not count hours received thru AP tests, dual credit and I would assume IB program in the total. I have also been told by many students that they are not enforcing this at UT Austin which I found hard to believe but they insisted it was true.
Daughter just applied AP credits. Paid about $124.00 for 18 credit hours.
