Should I take the Physics SATII with no AP class under my belt? I took Honors Physics last year. My teacher was great and I had the highest grade in the class. I am taking AP Physics next year, though I've heard it's pretty much a clone of our honors course and the teacher is awful. I still have my notes from the course and access to the textbook. The concepts I've seen in review questions are familiar to me. How difficult would it be for me to get 700+?

I have heard that the Physics test is the hardest subject tests, but that also means the curve is the most generous too. I think you should go for it since you sound like you are knowledgeable in the subject. Still study for it though.

I took regular physics and I didn't cover half the material in my class and still got a 730. It isn't that bad as long as you have a basic understanding of the modern physics sections.
