Please HELP with resume!!!

I am a high school junior and I am working on my resume for scholarships/applications for next year. I am looking for input in regards to the section I have titled "Academic Programs, Achievements, and Honors." This doesn't include Academic Competitions. Right now, I have items listed national, state, local, but should I arrange them in a different way? Look at my list below and please give me some feedback.

I scanned quickly, but a couple of comments:

Drop Mensa and Gifted.

Take out all acronyms and spell out fully.

Use periods at the end of all statements. Only use dashes after the name and date of the activity, not within the description (use commas, semicolons and periods instead).

It’s OK to be brief, be sure that the reader will understand what you are talking about. For instance, in the first bullet, I’m not sure what you mean by “full scholarship to South Korea”. Travel to South Korea?
