Please help!?!?

I applied to 6 colleges and I've been accepted to 4 of them so far. Of course the two I'm still waiting on are my top choices. I'm really worried that I'm not going to be accepted to either one. Can you please be honest and tell me if you think I have a good chance? The colleges are James Madison University and University of Delaware.
GPA: 3.7
ACT: 22
SAT: 1570
- I took a lot of college accelerated classes and honors classes. I also took 1 AP class.
- I did the optional essay for both colleges.
- I'm out of state for both colleges.
- My letter of recommendation is really good.
Please tell me if my chances are good or bad. This is really worrying me. Thanks!

Your test scores are low for UDel.

But…what are your parents saying? Will they pay the full OOS costs for both schools? If so, and those schools are well-aware of that, maybe you’ll get an admissions boost?

I’m now thinking about going to community college for a year and a half and then transferring to a 4 year university. The cost for a year and a half at the community college would be $6,279. This would be the total amount I would have to pay for college. I would hardly have any debt unlike going to one of the 8 colleges I was planning on applying to

???

And you only have the GI Bill for 2 years.

You can’t afford either school, so why are you concerned?

You need to go to a CC for 2 years and then transfer…unless your parents are willing to pay for the first 2 years and then let the GI bill pay for the second 2 years.

do you realize that you can’t borrow much? You can only borrow $5,500 for frosh year.

@mom2collegekids‌ I’m going to graduate high school with 17 credits and then I’m going to take some college classes over the summer at a community college to finish up 1 year. I’m only going to have to pay for 1 year of college because of this. I was thinking that I might get a job for the first 2 years I’m in college so I can save up for the last year which isn’t going to be paid for.

Your test scores for both schools put you just inside in the bottom 25% of admitted students. That doesn’t make them impossible, but your chances are not good.
