(PLEASE READ AND HELP ME!) My SAT Score keeps dropping...

So last September I took my SAT and got 2000 (CR 570, Math 710, Writing 720). I was happy because I didn't study that much and got a decent grade.

However, I took another one, hoping to improve, on January. Yet, my score dropped to 1990 (CR 750, Math 740, Writing 680) even though I studied really hard such as doing BB, practice tests, memorizing vocabulary and grammar rules.

This May, I took my 3rd SAT test
I prepared it by re-doing the BB (reviewing questions I got wrong), memorizing vocab and grammar, and spending time on the essay for around 4 weeks.

I got my score today and I was VERY disappointed and mad because it dropped to 1860 (CR 620, Math 730, Writing 590 essay 11). My strongest section is Math and Writing but they dropped dramatically and I don't know why... When I do practice tests I always get about 650 on my writing with essay score of 9, but this time I had 11 for the essay but 590!!

Can anyone tell me what I should do for the next SAT tests? Like what I need to study on majorly
Also, can you tell me how to increase my CR score? Thanks :)

Is it because you don’t time yourself on your practice tests? or it’s probably because you take your sats in one sitting but you take your tests in parts. try to take a test in one sitting to get an accurate measure of your actual score level.

I thought the sat wasn’t available to take in september?
