please suggest me some schools with need-based aid for internationals.

<p>Hi
Since I seem to only find schools not offering aid to internationals or huge reach schools, I'm still looking for some schools to apply to. The only thing I really care about is, that the school gives out need based financial aid for internationals. Another nice thing would be, that the school has criminal justice/criminology programs, or at least a good psychology/sociolgy department.
Colleges that are located near big cities or LACs would be great, but not neccessary.
I'm open for suggestions of any kind.</p>

<p>Macalester College (LAC) in St Paul, MN offers need-based financial aid for international students. Approximately 13% of students are international. Psychology department is good. There is a sociology department, but I know little about it; anthropology is also a good department. The college itself is approximately 5 miles from the MSP international airport.</p>
