Please suggest some Colleges.

Hello!
I am in Class 11th(CBSE) and have decided to apply for some US Universities. I am not sure if there are some good universities under my budget (around 50k for 4 years). Also, I am unsure if it’s worth going to the US for undergrad because the US is at least 4-5X expensive than attending college in top-tier College in India.
Class 10th - 10 CGPA
SAT - (Not yet given) - Scored 1420/1600 in practice SAT.

Science and IT related achievements -
KVPY Fellow (Given to 1000 students every year)
State topper in Science, Math and Computer Science in IAIS conducted by NSW, Australia
Leader of the Science Club and the Robotics Club
Have secured All India Rank less than 50 in several private olympiads.
AIR 3 in National Creativity Olympiad
Won medals in several City and State-level Science Quizzes and Science Exhibitions.
Have made several projects in Python /C++(available on GitHub) and represented School in several coding competitions and also in Web-Designing and IT Quizzes.
(Have decent position on HackerRank, if that counts)
Will appear for the Informatics and Physics Olympiad this year.
Also, I have participated in several Robotics Competitions.

ECs-
Participated and won in several School Level and City Level Debate competitions
Member of the Indian Model United Nations Club
Won an award recently in Dance and Lawn Tennis
Best Delegate in MUN conducted by School
Participated in several other fields but didn’t win anything significant.
Kindly suggest some colleges keeping in mind that
financial aid is a must.

Thanks in Advance!

ok I’ll be straight up about it.
first not all universities offer financial aid to international students,50K for 4 years means around 12k a year, I assume that does not include housing and other expenses, apart from community colleges no college is going to be that cheap for an international student
second, in my experience you will always score a lot more on sample SAT’s than in the real ones, but that is obviously not fixed, so forget that.
and most top tier,(I assume places like harvard,UCLA,USC,BU) colleges are expensive, and scholarships are harder.
realistically no top tier college will be cheap enough unless you have a scholarship and your scores (1420) will land you somewhere in middle for places like harvard.
what you can do is go for a mid - level university which will allow you to be at the top of the spectrum and get a good aid / scholarship or find your self a sponsor.
I’ve heard good things about Illinois Inst. of Tech.
check out the link for financial aid -

to cut the costs you can get a job but it will most likely pay minimum wage but It will allow you to get by just fine for day-day expenses.
also, there would be so many other expenses for eg - a good laptop, food, housing(5-20K depending on university and location), travel, books (1K atleast)
so definetly consider that

sorry If I sound mean but I am just keeping it real.
