Please Take a Look at My Stats!

I hate to bother everyone with another "chances" thread, especially so late in the game, but I recently began considering applying to Cornell. I had always heard that it was in the "middle of nowhere", there was "nothing to do", etc. But upon doing my own research it actually sounds like a great school that would be a good fit for me in terms of size, location, etc. Anyway, here are my stats:

Sorry for the long post, but I'd really appreciate any comments! Thanks!

Do you know which college within Cornell you will be applying to?

the College of Arts and Sciences (I don't have a clear direction yet in terms of what I want to do, but I might major in either Political Science, Economics, or maybe even Philosophy)

OK ur flat out stats are well within range...ur ec's are a LITTLE lacking, and ur volunteer work seems pretty good. As long as ur essays, recs, and such are good/great I think you have a pretty good chance of getting in. Apply ED if you know you want to go. Best of luck!

Thanks very much. By the way just to clarify a typo, my GPA is 4.59 W / 3.93 UW.

Academically (the most important factor) you're well within Cornell's range. Extracurricularly you're not at all.
