What’s a pledge thread do?

@fmasroor You’d be pledging to post your admission decision and stats on this thread: http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/harvard-university/1939648-harvard-class-of-2021-results-only-thread.html#latest

Basically the idea is that without a pledge, the result thread can be “skewed” as most of the people who feel like sharing their result and stats were accepted. If we pledge to post our decision ahead of time, we can try to make the results thread more representative of actual Harvard decisions.
