<p>I got an email for alumni shcolarship ( achievement award) from UC Berkeley. I was going to complete the application, when I noticed that they ask for participatquestion asking, what If i have not participated in one and It said that then you are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
I was wondering If everyone who applies to UCB gets this email b/c my friends said that she didn't get It. If so, does that mean I"M eligible to apply despite the fact that I haven't been in those programs?????
PLease help me!
the deadline is like in 2 days and I have't done anything since I don't know If I can apply or not!!!!!

<p>i don't know anything about the eligibility based on certain programs, but all students are supposed to have received that email and are eligible to apply</p>
<p>Jesus christ calm down, posting two seperate threads wont help. If you received the letter (like me) and didn't participate in the program (like me) then you can't apply for the scholarship.</p>
