If you are an international applicant, there is not enough time for you to apply and be admitted anywhere for the fall that would offer you financial aid. You need to organize your applications, and apply for admission for the fall of 2015.

If you know the colleges and universities that you want to apply to, you can contact the International Admissions Office at each place, and ask what steps you will need to follow in order to apply for admissions. If you do not know where to apply, read through everything at https://www.educationusa.info/ then contact the counselors at the advising center closest to where you live. They are expert at helping students from your country. https://www.educationusa.info/centers.php

What’s your budget?
If you have about $30,000+ for each year, you may find some good schools on the NACAC list - Hiram, Hendrix, Susquehanna, Beloit… plus UIowa, UNC-Wilmington, UMW, or UVermont all accept applications.
If you need more financial aid than that, you’ll need to apply for Fall 2015.

How much will your parents pay?

Your stats arent high enough to get need-based or merit aid as an intl transfer.

your failing grades wont be ignored.

much will depend on how much your family will pay.
