My school offers 4 of the PLTW engineering courses and 4 of the biomedical science courses. I have taken IED and POE of the engineering ones and PBS from the biomedical classes. I am signed up to take CEA, HBS, and MI this year. How much do colleges value PLTW courses? Are they weighted like AP and IB classes or would college admissions officers compare it to an honors class? I want to know if it is worth continuing them. I think the classes are decent but I have other classes in mind that I would possibly switch into.
