Hello okay here are my thoughts! (also you didn’t mention if you were in state)
UCI- Possible chance
UCD- Good chance
UCSD- Good chance
UCLA-Depends on future grades and essay, but I would say no.
UCB-Probably not
CPSLO-Good chance
SDSU-Good chance
You really need to take AP bio and maybe AP Calc for ucla and ucb.
My ratings are based on the people I have seen get in around me. Good luck!

Retake the standardized test. You’ll be fine for all those schools except Berkeley and LA. Major for Cal Poly? That’s a huge decision factor because college of Eng has a .5 higher avg gpa compared to say college of agriculture

I agree with @NLinsanity: Retake the ACT or try the new SAT.

You stand a good chance at the schools on your list but as stated in the above post ^^^^^, intended major can make a huge difference.
