plz bump…

Welcome to Middlebury my friend. I’d say definitely in.

bumpo…

I WOULD say definitely in, but the international financial aid aspect is kind of iffy.

Unfortunately, a lot of international students who apply to Middlebury (who are extremely well qualified) may get waitlisted or right out rejected because of their financial aid status.

IF you could find a way to apply without asking for aid, your chances would be even greater.

According to Middlebury’s website, they are need-blind for internationals, so applying for aid should have no effect: “International students are considered for financial assistance on the same basis as are U.S. residents. We do not take your financial situation into account when considering your application for admission.”

[Frequently Asked Questions](<a href=“Apply to Middlebury College | Middlebury College”>Apply to Middlebury College | Middlebury College)

Yes, but if you research around college confidential a bit, you will see that a lot of these financial aid seeking international applicants got waitlisted.

As did a lot of those who weren’t seeking aid. Only one in five applicants is admitted to Middlebury, which means there are a whole lot more rejections and waitlists than acceptances.

As quoted from Middlebury’s website admission’s financial aid page:

Key point would be “…to the extend that financial resources allow.:”
