Your SAT scores are well within range and your ECs are pretty interesting. I think you stand a decent chance. Even more so if you apply ED II. I’m gonna take a guess and say around 30% for ED II and 15% for RD.

With that said, I have no idea how much financial need is weighed in Midd’s decisions. Many colleges have no problem rejecting a lot of us aid seeking international students, even with superb stats. I hear that it’s even harder for you Indian folks because there are tons of well qualified applicants from your country. Luckily, Middlebury has a pretty good financial aid budget so they probably won’t leave you high and dry if you’re accepted. They even used to be a need blind and full need school like HYP.

I finished my ED II application to Midd a few minutes ago. Would you mind chancing me?

@burak96‌ done! :)

@burak96‌ I don’t think there are too many Indians, if any at all, who’re applying ED-II at Middlebury

So, maybe that helps my chances a little?

@adityajk1997 It seems that every other international applicant (at least on this forum) is either Indian or Chinese. If there are indeed few people applying from your country, I suppose that your chances would be somewhat better, since selective colleges aim to create a well rounded and diverse student body.
