Hello im what you would call a senior and hoping to get into either Cornell or Brown. But i live in the UK - London i know i will have diffuculty with the application and other stuff but im in the 10% of my class and am currently getting excellent grades am i Ivy League matieral

From what ive heared Cornell has the better Engineering department but i like the idea of the open curriculum.
can anyone help me make my choice and also which one would i fit in most and if not these two Which one?

Hm well I’d say you have a chance as I was in an almost identical situation as I am an international student from China… so yeah I think you can make it as I made it into Cornell, Washu, and Duke… best of luck

Oh and to answer your question, I’d think that Cornel would be better for Engineering, but then again you really can’t go wrong with Brown either and as for atmosphere, I’d say there are pretty similar as both schools are full of neat people who are very smart

Also would this mean that after my A levels i would have to do a SATS
A levels is the grades you get after the last two years at high school in the UK
i am already doing maths and is it similar to US SATS
