<p>My Pogue Scholarship application invite last year came January 23, so after acceptances. I doubt that date is completely set in stone though.</p>

<p>The invitation email itself comes with an application you have to fill out, so yes. The essay questions revolve around the topic of diversity, and you’ll also need a recommendation letter from someone who can attest to your commitment to diversity. Everything else is really straightforward.</p>
