<p>I actually saw this on the news. Don’t know what to make of it, deep down, in a fantasy world - if this would discourage some thousands of students NOT to apply RD, then the admissions committee might accept more ED because they know that we’re binded 
That’s completely unfeasible though, hahah</p>
