Summer session isn’t really an option–I’m in SoCal. Doesn’t make sense to move to Berkeley for summer, back to SoCal for Fall, then back to Berkeley for Spring. It would also disrupt my job down here.

Congratulations man! You can’t go wrong with the most prestigious UC in the system. Good luck at Cal.

Thanks. I’m more surprised than anything. I expected to be accepted to LA because of TAP and it’s slightly lower prestige. I suppose I really underestimated the extent of Cal’s holistic review process.

Nick,
Have you considered summer courses and renting someones sublet while they are on break? Just an idea. Normally sublet monthly rates are lower. I have a friend in Political Science at CAL but haven’t heard from him in a while but I’ll ask him how it compares next time I speak to him. Thank you for contributing so much of your time this year to CC. See you at CAL.

Yeah I was surprised I got accepted as well.

Bump for more Cal PoliSci info :)

As a successful community college PoliSci major I am expecting to be ***ed in the by Berkeley once I get there

a bit extreme?

Haha I’m just nervous… a transfer student I know from last year pulled straight B’s his first semester at Cal as a PoliSci major… we’re different people, but still it gets to me haha…

I’m going super saiyan the minute I step onto Berkeley the first day of classes.
