<p>Hey guys this is my first post of many and I could really use some help! </p>

<p>I want to major in Poli sci so i was wondering how good usc was for that. I probably wont get in as my SATs come out to 1230 (1600 scale) or a 1740 (2400) scale and my GPA is a 3.3, however my GPA for junior year was a 3.6, which I know is good cause they look heavily at that. Other schools I'm looking at include Uconn, Stonehill College, Umass Amherst, UC Santa Cruz, and Quinipiac. I live on the east coast and I was hoping someone could rank all the above schools in terms of the strengths of their poli/sci programs. Thanks for the help guys!</p>

<p>To be honest your SAT and GPa are too low for USC but if you still want to know the Political science department is not a notable department at USC but the school of policy planning and development seems promising, i have to look into it more.</p>

<p>I know man, USC is realistically well beyond my reach, but I’m still gonna apply anyways lol do you know how good poli sci is for the other schools i listed?</p>
